I’m a fitness trainer and content creator focused on helping people transform their lives at any age. At 53, I’ve made it my mission to show that real change is always possible especially in midlife. I help people become stronger healthier and more confident by focusing on what actually works not trends or gimmicks. Fitness Specialization I design practical home workouts that fit real life no matter where you are or how busy things get. My approach is simple and effective basic tools purposeful movement and consistency. I’m a strong advocate for functional strength training including kettlebells to build resilient capable bodies that move well and stay injury resistant. Fitness isn’t just about how you look it’s about building strength discipline and a mindset that carries into everyday life. Philosophy Keeping things simple is how progress happens. I understand the challenges that come with midlife and I meet people where they are. Transformation starts with a decision to show up for yourself build discipline and commit to personal growth one day at a time. Nutrition Nutrition is a cornerstone of my approach. I believe in a common sense high protein way of eating built around whole foods and sustainability. No extremes just habits you can maintain for life.
