The Transformation intermediate plan is based on my workout plans from the beginning of my fitness journey to now. This intermediate plan is exactly like the advanced plan but based on 3-round circuits vs. 5-round circuits in the advanced plan. This is still a phenomenal workout but if you are looking to achieve your goals faster or push yourself harder, I would start with The Transformation advanced plan.
