The MLFC180 Intermediate Plan is a 6-month fitness program designed as a maintenance phase after completing the Transformation Plan. Most workouts consist of 3 rounds, with a few exceptions for variety. This plan takes a streamlined approach, introducing slight variations in exercises to push you harder while keeping the routine efficient. I've incorporated a mix of heavier and lighter weights, along with an increased focus on pull-ups and other key resistance training exercises. If you're interested in following my current maintenance phase with daily workouts, this plan is for you. It's ideal for those who have finished the Intermediate Transformation Plan and are ready to progress to the next level.
